Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

Your activities include

• Overall responsibility for management and further development of Quality Management system
• Skilled, expert and disciplined management of Quality Management department
• Maintaining QM System on the basis of IATF16949 and ISO 9001:2015
• Recording Q-performance indicators, measures taken to reach objectives
• Close collaboration with Production, Development and Sales
• Implementation of system audits, process and supplier audits
• Promoting quality awareness within the company
• Involvement in new product development right through to series production

Your profile

• Well-founded technical training, experience in field of Quality Management in automobile industry
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) skills, methods competence for systematic QM methods and tools
• Technological skills and knowledge of injection moulding and/or tool and mould technology
• Training completed as an internal Auditor for IATF 16949 is desirable
• Training completed as a QM Manager is desirable
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team, analytic thinking and a hands-on mentality
• English - written and spoken skills

Minimum rate of pay for the job as a Quality Management Officer is € 1,947.65 euros gross per month on the basis of full-time employment. Prepared to pay in excess of this rate. 
After 11 years’ work experience, remuneration amounts to € 2,627.44 euros gross per calendar month.
