Sustainability at ProForm

We demonstrate that a plastic processing and metal-working business and responsible treatment of nature and the environment are not mutually exclusive. Our production site in Antau is a new-build, resource-efficient construction and an example of our commitment to sustainability.

Our company distinguishes itself through consistently realising „smart“ production, with the entire manufacturing and production building intelligently controlled for this, in order that in this way we can guarantee outstanding energy efficiency. We also reached a significant milestone when we installed our company’s own photovoltaic power plant. By investing around € 250,000 euros, we once again underlined our commitment to sustainable technologies and renewable energy sources here.

In addition, we use waste heat from all areas of production – from injection moulding manufacturing through to toolmaking and compressed air generation. Our company's primary objective is transparency and openness in communication, as well as in depicting our work processes. Sustainability is of central importance to us, and this is why we are proud to also be able to run our company without using fossil fuels. All of this inspires our desire for continuous improvement and is affirmation of environmental compatibility and sustainability in our business practices.
